RS RING SECTON

RS
Multistage, Ring Section Pump

RS_PUMP_PIC.png

The RS is offered with Class 300 ANSI R.F. inlet flanges and Class 600 or 900 ANSI R.F. discharge flanges, depending on the pressures and number of stages involved. Hydraulic performance extends to 2,000 GPM and 3,400 ft. TDH, making it ideally suited for the most demanding industrial and process applications.

The RS design incorporates a product-lubricated, advanced composite material, sleeve-type radial bearing at the outboard (discharge) end. The thrust bearings are two matched angular contact ball bearings located at the inboard (suction) end of the pump. An optional outboard mechanical seal with an inboard radial ball bearing is also available. The RS has oil-lubricated ball bearings, which can be water cooled. Larger units can also be fan cooled.

GH

GH
End-Suction Centrifugal Pump

Available as either a frame-mounted (GHF) or close-coupled (GHC) unit, the GH is based on the same product platform as our vertical pumps and shares many of the same parts.

For added simplicity, the entire series is covered by only three bearing frames and comes in whole pump or modular kit form. The GHC is fully compatible with standard, off-the-shelf NEMA JP and JM frame motors, and all models feature a back pull-out design and casings rotatable in 90° increments for different field piping orientations.

Other common features for the GH include 316 SS shaft sleeves, keyed impellers to prevent accidental spin off, dynamic balancing to ISO G2.5 guidelines, and regreasable bearings secured with locking rings, as standard. These features combine to produce shaft deflection values so low that they exceed the requirements of ANSI B73.1M-1991 and overall, provide some of the most efficient hydraulics in the industry.

  • Flows to 2,500 US GPM

  • Heads to 520 FT

  • Efficiencies to 85%

  • Solids to 1.250"

  • Power to 150 HP

M SERIES

M SERIES
ASTM F998 Close-Coupled Centrifugal Pump

M_SERIES_PUMP_PIC.png

Conforming to the requirements of ASTM F998, including the Navy supplement, hydraulic performance extends to 5,000 GPM and 713 feet of head. This range is covered by 24 sizes in 316 SS and CD4MCuN duplex SS as the standard materials. Units can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.

Designed to meet Naval Requirements including MIL-S-901 Shock, MIL-STD-167-1 Type I Environmental Vibration, MIL-STD-740-1 Airborne Noise and MIL-STD-740-2 Structureborne Noise. All models are back pull-out designs with replaceable wear rings, encloded impellers and balancing holes with dual volute casings as required. These features combine to produce shaft deflections of less than 0.002″ at shutoff, and overall, offer some of the most efficient hydraulics to be found in a pump of this type anywhere.

850

850
Horizontal Filtrate Pump

Rugged in design and dependable in nature, the 850 is a proven performer in some of the earth’s toughest environments. Capable of operating in vacuum conditions up to 26″ Hg, the 850 is well suited for vacuum filtration and dewatering systems with difficult suction conditions. A vent port allows pumping to resume even after short periods of interrupted flow, assuring continuous pumping, from a trickle to full capacity.

With a semi-open impeller and a variety of material choices ranging from duplex stainless steel to rubber lined, the 850 is ideal for abrasives and light slurry duty in the mining, power generation, and pulp and paper industries.

  • Flows to 700 US GPM

  • Heads to 120 FT

  • Temperatures to 250°F

  • Power to 50 HP

855

855
Handles up to 26" Hg Vacuum

855_PUMP_PIC.png

The 855 was originally developed in the late 1950s at the request of a large Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of vacuum filtration equipment. Mounting the flange directly to the receiver tank eliminates suction piping and minimizes NPSH problems. The design allows pumping to resume even after short periods of interrupted flow. Capable of operating in vacuum conditions up to 26″ Hg, the specially designed semi-open impeller assures pumping from a trickle to full capacity. Rugged in design and dependable in nature, the 855 is a workhorse in some of the toughest environments in the industry.

The 855 features an overhead v-belt drive arrangement as standard, with options for close-coupled units. By utilizing either belt drive or variable frequency drive, performance characteristics can be fine-tuned to match most system requirements. With a simple, vertically-split case design, the 855 may be disassembled to expose the entire wetted area. Standard features include a packed stuffing box with seal water connections provided to ensure lubrication and eliminate vacuum/air leakage. Pumps come with discharge flanges machined for both Class 150 ANSI and DIN PN10 connections.

  • Flows to 700 US GPM

  • Heads to 120 FT

  • Temperatures to 250°F

  • Power to 20 HP

  • Speeds up to 2,450 RPM

KWP

KWP
Non-Clogging Process Pump

KWP_PUMP_PIC.png

The KWP is designed for fluids with entrained solids and fibrous materials up to 1.5″ in diameter. Wide passages in the two-vane enclosed impeller minimize clogging and crushing of the entrained material. Primarily a horizontal unit, the KWP can be either frame-mounted or close-coupled.

Common options include soft packing, single or double cartridge seals, and any type of seal flush plan.

The back pull-out design makes maintenance easy and lower total life cycle cost. Shaft deflections are limited to 0.002″ at the seal.

All together, these features combine to make the KWP a pump of exceptional value, combining affordability with some of the most efficient hydraulics found in a pump of this type.

  • Flows to 1,300 US GPM

  • Heads to 240 FT

  • Temperatures to 250°F

  • Power to 50 HP
